- Enhances and/or develops, implements and enforces policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation. (i.e. Delegation of Authorities Matrix, Financial Policies and Procedures Manual)
- Develops credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends.
- Treasury and banking; focusing in building strong banking relations, solid cash and risk management, and securing all types of loans and banking facilities.
- Develops financial strategies by focus on efficiency and analyzing organization operations with rational approach to problem solving and cost reduction and implement policy and procedure.
