Accounts & Finance Manager (Manager/Sr Manager)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage all operations based on accounting principles.
Able to analyse and interpret management report for decision making.
Perform project cost forecasts/ budget, cost tracking and monitoring and controls.
Able to produce financial statements/ reports on time.
Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies setting.
Establish and maintain system for cost-sensitivity analysis and alert in cost-overruns.
To execute audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures.
Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
Producing accurate set of departmental and company month-end accounts with comparisons to forecasts previous periods.
Monitor bank reconciliation, creditor reconciliation, cash collection reconciliation, fixed asset schedule.
Organize yearly stock take, identify weaknesses in inventory control system, identify expired stock, etc.
Ensuring legislation is followed regarding GST & SST and other government related due.
Review aging and follow up on late payments, reporting bad debts and keeping a careful eye on the cash flow.
Knowledgeable and experiences in fresh vegetable importing and local distribution operating business model will be an added advantage.
You will required to perform any ad hoc assignment and reporting directly to company director.

REQUIREMENT

DEGREE IN FINANCE/ACCOUNTING or Professional qualification holder (ACCA / CPA / MIA etc.)
With financial analysis or cost analysis related work experience with minimum 6 years in managerial position.
A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Leadership and managing a team experience is necessary
Strong analytical, detail-oriented, excellent problem solving, proactive and self-starter with a high level of diligence.

WORKING HOUR
Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM
Saturday: 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM (alternate)
