SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE, FINANCE

Responsibilities

Perform Accounting and Finance task related to Account Payable, treasury and part of Account Receivable function.
Ensure all the transactions in Account Payable, Account Receivable, Tax and other related matters are accurately recorded.
Perform analysis related to budgeting, forecasting, budget controls, accounting and information systems.
Monitor and ensuring treasury related transactions recorded in the SAP system i.e salary resistant / cash / reject loan and accrued interest.
Conduct cost benefit analysis as required to assist in making management decisions.
Maintain fixed asset register and computation of depreciation.
Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents and company secretary on regulatory and financial matters.
Involve in preparation of Department and Annual Budget.
Assist Head of Finance in annual budget preparation and budgetary control monitoring.
Assist Head of Finance Department on matters relating to closing of accounts, taxation, product costing, preparation of reports and others.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or part Qualified/Qualified Professional Accounting (ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, MIA or equivalent).
Minimum 1 years of working experience in related fields.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision, have passion to learn new things and is good team member.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken
