Bookkeeper

TM Resourcing are recruiting a Bookkeeper on behalf of their client based just on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre.

Key responsibilties:

As part of a small finance and administration team you will be working directly for the Head of Finance and Process and have responsibility for the following day to day duties:

Bank and credit card reconciliations;

VAT returns

Calculating repayments and accurals

Journal Entry postings;

Fixed asset management and depreciation;

Control of accounts payable and receivable;

Processing payroll;

Petty cash;

Assisting with monthly and year end close procedures

Ad hoc finance tasks

The ideal candidate will have the relevant finance experience, have high attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a postiive can-do attitude.

You will be either AAT/ACCA or CIMA qualifications and experience within Netsuite, Oracle or SAP.
