Personal Tax Manager

Two director, two office firm based in North Leeds and Keighley. Both offices are easily accessible by all transport routes along with free parking on site.

Established over 30 years ago, this practice has grown significantly through its client base and is now recruiting a personal tax manager to manage all aspects of private client, sole trader and company director tax.

The firm specialises is looking after small and medium owner managed businesses which are mostly in or around the Yorkshire region.

Description

• This role will be directly reporting to the Directors
• Preparing personal tax computations and tax returns
• Reviewing tax computations and returns prepared by other members of the team
• Dealing directly with HMRC with both general queries and investigations
• Working on a portfolio of clients
• Identifying tax planning opportunities and tax risk issues, and provision of technical tax advice to clients

Profile

• Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience with a similar structured accountancy practice
• Ideally Qualified
• 2 + years in Taxation
• Looking for a role that has the potential to rise to Director Level

Job Offer

£20,000 - £30,000 dependent on the candidate and experience
