Graduate Recruitment Consultant

We are currently looking for money-motivated, target-driven, articulate graduates to start their career within our London Finance team. In this role, you will be able to take on responsibility from day one alongside embarking on our award-winning and market leading training programme that will take place throughout your career at Page.

You would be joining a team who specialise in placing finance candidates within industry and commerce including property, retail, media and professional services.

Description

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business relationships with SME's, blue chip and listed companies through sales techniques

• Work consultatively with clients and candidates on a day-to-day basis

• Advertising effectively on behalf of our clients

• Resourcing and interviewing candidates

• Selling candidates into relevant companies

• Working as part of a team to reach individual and company targets

• Working well using your own initiative and striving to meet and exceed targets

Profile

A successful candidate will have:

• A strong academic background, 2:2 or above from University

• Proven track record in a sales environment

• An outgoing and vibrant personality

• Self motivation and passion for the industry

• Career minded, and success/money motivated

• High achiever (academic/sporting/extra-curricular)

• Knowledge of networks such as LinkedIn

Job Offer

You will be joining the team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant

£21,000-£25,000 dependent on any prior experience you may have
