Located in London's West End, our client is a leading Private Medical company who are looking for a Medical Billing Manager to join their accountancy team.

Description

Located in London's West End our client is looking for a Medical Billing Manager with responsibility for the following duties:

Provide support to the billing team
Responsible for accurate billing, cash collection and cashiering duties.
Responsible for and line manager for billing and cash collection team
Ensure all billable services are captured in the SAP system
Maintaining the pricing database for all payors including self-pay prices
Deal with self-pay quotes from internal and external colleagues
Responsible for the service catalogue for both London and Chelsea, ensuring services are set at right prices
Managing the SAP financial systems, ensuring prices and services are updated on the system frequently.
Work closely with Head of Payor to identify and resolve contract related issues
Ensure service codes are mapped to Industry standard codes and also Insurers internal codes.
Responsible for any operational issues with payor agreements
Deal with any complex queries from payors, stakeholders and internal and external colleagues.
Ensure all tasks required during month-end process are completed on time.
Liaise with colleagues in Germany regarding any finance or system issues
Creating alternatives and recommending courses of action to reduce costs
Weekly meetings with Patient management and Clinical team
Weekly 1:1 meetings with Patient Billing Officer and Credit controller

Profile

Must have Billing experience in a Private Healthcare/Private Medical company

Job Offer

Salary of £40,000-£42,000
