This role is reporting in to the Finance Manager.
The duties include:
- Raising, coding and posting purchase and sales invoices
- Payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Dealing with queries
- Credit control
- Assisting with commercial reports
- Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations
- Posting journals
- General management accounts preparation
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
- Be studying towards AAT - Desirable
- Have basic MS Excel skills - Essential
- Be confident with double entry bookkeeping - Desirable
- have excellent organisation and communication skills
This role is looking to pay from £18,000 to £22,000 per annum + Parking + Pension + Study support
