The Client

Specialising in tech recruitment, our client is a PE-backed business that has quickly grown into a leader in their field. Now a global brand, the client is looking to bring in a Finance Manager to support the development of the finance function in line with their continued expansion plans.

Finance is pretty well established at this point, with around 16 heads, and this would be a broad role with direct line management of 2-3 individuals. Based in City of London, not far from Bank station, this is a great opportunity to join a close-knit function within a fast paced, PE-backed environment.

Description

The Role

Reporting into the Finance Director this Finance Manager role will be broad and varied and will have the following key responsibilities

  • Ownership of the Consolidated Month End Process
  • FP&A - Analysis and modelling + ad hoc projects
  • Line Management & Upskilling of 2-3 Juniors
  • Business Partnering - non-finance senior leadership in order to deliver budgets

    What's Needed

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Equivalent)
  • Strong Excel Capabilities (Modelling highly desirable)
  • Line Management Background Advantageous
  • Able to Commute to City of London (Bank Station)
