Part Time Accounts Administrator Wilmslow Temporary Contract

Client Details

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a market leading property firm based in luxury offices in Wilmslow. This company are experiencing a sustained period of growth and have recently acquired a competitor making it an excellent time to join the company. They have invested heavily in brand new offices in Wilmslow making it a highly sought after work environment

Description

The role of Part Time Accounts Administrator is initially a 6 month temporary contract which could be extended.

The hours of work will be 11AM-4PM Monday to Thursday

The key responsibilities will include:

Accounting duties:
* Cashbook postings
* Online banking
* Posting of purchase ledger invoices
* Petty cash, credit cards and expense claims
Buildings administration duties:
* Weekly buildings checks for all buildings
* Monthly meter readings for all buildings
* First point of contact for tenants queries
General administrative duties:
* Answering the phones & taking messages
* Meeting/greeting visitors
* Management of stationery & kitchen supplies
* Opening and logging the post




Profile

In order to apply for the role you should:

Have previous experience in an Accounts Administration role

Be available to consider a 6 month contract

Be confident in Excel, MS Word
