Finance manager
Experienced Accountant required for busy 5* Resort Hotel.

This is a permanent position (5-day week).

You will report to the Finance Manager and assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts for 3 companies.

Main responsibilities:

Management of all aspects of Accounts Receivable
Reconciliation of Gift Vouchers
Bank and Cash processing and reconciliations
Assist with Accounts Payable
Assist in preparing month end management accounts, with particular focus on prepayments, accruals and month end journals
General accounting duties to support the team
Other ad-hoc duties, projects and assignments as needed or directed by the Management team

Role Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar role
Ideal for a newly qualified accountant
Strong IT/Computer literacy - familiarity with Opera and Sage 50 a benefit
Works well as part of a busy team
Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative.
Strong attention to detail with an ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
