Main responsibilities:
To assist the Finance Manager in all areas of accounts.
The role:
- To report directly to the Finance Manager
- To assist in the full accounting cycle
- To be responsible for the sales and purchase ledgers
- To monitor debt and undertake credit control activities
- To produce client's invoice
- To assist on cash flow forecasts and cash allocation
- To be in charge of bank reconciliations (EURO currency)
- To prepare period end journals and assist with other period end duties
- To support the team in completing other accounting tasks as required
The candidate:
- Fluent in German and English is Essential (Written and Spoken)
- Previous relevant experience in a similar accountancy role
- Desirable but not essential: Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or equivalent
- Strong IT skills (Excel, MS Office,…)
