Immerse yourself in a challenging and fast paced environment and join our Group Treasury Funds Transfer Pricing team.

Our Group Treasury's Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) team is responsible for setting the price of funding that goes to each of Macquarie's diverse businesses, and additionally manages the costs associated with a pool of funding in excess of $100 billion. The team advises on the value of market issuance opportunities and assists in the development of policies that will shape the outcome of Macquarie's business activities. As part of Group Treasury, the team provides recommendations and insights to support key strategic decisions by senior management.

Within this high-calibre team, you will be exposed to the inner-workings of an internationally active financial conglomerate group. You will have the opportunity to work with members of Macquarie's senior management, in a non-hierarchical, merit-based environment.

Your focus in the FTP team will be on financial modelling and analysis. This role would suit someone who has strong numerical and analytical skills, enjoys problem solving and has the ability to interpret and communicate complex information to a wide range of stakeholders. You should have an outstanding academic background in mathematics (actuarial, engineering, mathematics or similar) and/or finance and strong written and verbal communication skills. A treasury background in not strictly necessary, but an understanding of funding and financial markets/financial instruments would be highly advantageous.

To apply, please submit your resume and academic transcripts.

The Financial Management Group provides financial, tax and treasury services to all areas of Macquarie. The group is focused on providing strategic analysis and advice to Macquarie's businesses and senior management, managing Macquarie's funding, liquidity and capital position, ensuring Macquarie continues to meet regulatory and compliance obligations and managing Macquarie's corporate communications and investor relations.
