Finance Director

SF Group are currently recruiting for a Finance Director for a manufacturing business in Warwickshire.

This is an exciting business which would suit a commercially aware senior finance professional.

The company is looking for someone to shape the business for the future and play a key role in the strategy of the organisation as well as managing day-to-day finance operations.

As the Finance Director you will be the Number 1 in the department working very closely with the Managing Director.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing Monthly and Annual Budgets, with a constant view to cut overheads while expanding the business
• Create strategic plans with the Managing Director and be responsible for implementation
• Ensure legal compliance throughout all aspects of operations
• Internal and external reporting requirements

The right person will be:

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experienced in managing a large team in a fast paced manufacturing organisation
• An excellent communicator, with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
