This leading international Advanced Technology and Engineering organisation is looking to recruit a talented Accountant on a permanent basis. This role will sit within a customer focused team that provides a variety of accounting services.
About The Role
The position will be responsible for a number of Financial Accounting task such as the journal entries, account reconciliation, Month end close, assisting in Capex reporting, Cash allocation and Internal and External Audit and compliance support. You will also get involved with some more commercial tasks including budget reporting, variance analysis and supporting colleagues and stakeholders across a number of business units internationally. This is a diverse role that will require you to be an excellent communicator with an inquisitive and problem solving nature.
About You
You will need to have experience within a similar role, have strong working knowledge of GAAP, exposure to Audit. We are looking for someone technically capable notably within Tax and Internal Controls who is able to demonstrate high Excel competence. Preferred candidates would be degree educated or studying towards a recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA or ACCA).
