A newly created challenging position as Chief Financial Officer has become available at a company active in the real estate sector, based in Bruges. Due to the continuous growth of the company, they are looking for a CFO who will lead the accounting department and liaise with external partners. Reporting to the Managing Director, some of your responsibilities include: Setting up reporting processes Cash Flow Planning Budgeting Consolidation Providing tax and legal support of several projects Ensuring (financial) contractual obligations of several entities The CFO has a Master degree in Economics or in a Legal field, combined with 8 to 10 years of experience, preferably also including an experience in a Big 4 company.
