Management Accountant (Fast track progression to Finance Manager)

Fantastic opportunity for an ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified looking for a high growth organisation. Our client is a recognised FTSE Listed business who currently have an opportunity within their fastest growing division and as such genuine career progression to Finance Manager exists within 12 months. Due to continued expansion it will then be expected that you begin to recruit a team to support you.

About The Role

This position will provide the unique opportunity to operate in an exceptionally varied role, seeing the end to end process
whilst supporting the Head of Finance on ad hoc projects including process and systems improvement.
You will also be expected to act as a true partner to the business in order to provided value added information to aid business decisions to support significant growth.
As an individual you should be keen to progress, bring new ideas and drive change.
About You

• Recently Qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA Qualified
• Strong academic background
• Our client will either look for someone first move out of practice or currently working in industry and looking for a step up
• Must have the ability to develop processes and within 12 months build a team
