Senior Financial Accountant

Sheridan Maine have been appointed to work with a market leading international business based in Yeovil, Dorset. This fast moving and energetic company have an enviable growth plan and require a dynamic and proactive experienced Financial Accountant to join the business.

As the Financial Accountant you will be responsible for managing the Group consolidated financial reporting, production of the consolidated business performance and statutory reporting, compliance and developments of internal controls, annual budgeting and the 5 year forecasting plan, system improvement and various project work.

We are looking for a professional ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant, with a strong technical accounting background, ideally gained within a Practice or Audit environment. You will have excellent IT skills be a self-starter with drive and initiative, able to build strong and collaborative relationships across the business, have the desire and capability of understanding the wider operational picture.

This role has a clear plan to fast track the successful individual to Financial Controller within 3 years, in a supportive and collaborative environment.
