We provide cards and gifts for every occasion from Birthdays to Anniversary's. Our head office is based in Farnsfield and we support the stores and ensure the smooth running of the business. The office is based on Hexgreave Hall, which is a beautiful rural location with gardens and woodland. You will be working alongside a small and friendly team and should enjoy working in a fast paced and busy environment. As the first point of contact you will be responsible for producing the quarterly management accounts and dealing with the weekly and monthly reports required within the business Main duties and responsibilities Work alongside our office manager to ensure the company information is processed correctly and timelyComplete in full the quarterly accounts for the business with support from our outside company accountants.Produce sales reports critical to the businessHelp create and manage store profit and loss reportsVAT returnsADHOC reports for the management teamSupport for yearly auditPayroll supportBank reconcile Required Knowledge of the Sage line 50 system desirable Newly qualified or part qualified ACCA or CIMA (company may fund training) Experience of completing VAT returns requiredCandidate must hold a full UK driving licenseExcellent knowledge of ExcelAble to work alone or alongside a small team of people
