Multi-Site - Healthcare - CFO

The Opportunity

I am working on a very interesting Chief Financial Officer position for a recently private equity backed multi-site healthcare business.

They are looking for someone to help partner the CEO to grow the business, oversee the current procedures, processes and systems and where needed upgrade to bring in the rigor needed for a Private Equity backed business. You will also be responsible for a small finance team and once again looking at the team as it is now and seeing if any changes need to be made.

The Role

You will be responsible for a number of sites and will need the experience and know-how to talk to very high calibre and intellectual people. You will be tasked with developing a relatively new team to a private equity as such previous private equity experience will be a must. This person will be tasked to bring in new reporting structures and management information as it will be the first external investment the company has received.

The Requirements

To apply for this role you will need:

• To be ACA/CIMA or ACCA qualified
• You will have worked within a private equity backed business previously.
• You will have past experience of developing a team.
• You will have been through a systems upgrade/implementation.
• You also need to have been within a multi-site healthcare business previously.
