A regional leading and highly regarded firm of chartered accountants is looking to recruit a general accountancy practice Partner as an all -round adviser to wide ranging clients, based in the firms Weston-Super-Mare offices. You will play a key, lead role in the further growth and development of this successful office. Equity options along with salaried routes on offer.

Due to a strategy for growth, development and with succession to plan for within the firms Weston-Super-Mare operations, the partners and board are looking for the right individual who can lead the development and growth of this offices. The firm's clients are wide ranging in sector, turnover and industry range, from entrepreneurial start ups, sole traders, partnerships and significant proportion of OMBs and SMEs, ranging from into the £millions in turnover, to considerably larger corporate clients.

Description

Joining this firm as a Partner, on either an equity/profit share basis or as a salaried Director you will bring a career strength and background as an all-round accounts, tax, audit etc adviser to sole traders, partnerships and limited company OMBs, groups, subsidiaries, charities, not for profit and other clients. You will head up and lead this successful Weston-Super-Mare office undertaking a client facing advisory service to clients acting as a client relationship builder and all round advisor, looking to develop relationships with the clients and drive the growth of this office for the future in a business development focused capacity. The right individual will look to advise clients on a wide ranging, accounting, tax, business planning, profitability maximisation, succession, share options, etc as a trusted go to advisor. You will manage the wider team and oversee the delivery of compliance and advisory projects, working with the wider management and support team on this. The office has developed to a decent turnover/GRF size, with huge potential for further growth and expansion.

Profile

You will hold any of ACA /ACCA/ CTA qualified, practising certificate etc, with a strong background in accountancy practice having developed your career to Partner/Director level on either a salaried basis, or equity/profit share. You will have skills across the range of audit, accounts, tax, advisory and planning skills. You will be looking for a challenging career move where you can carve a pivotal role, driving the future growth and development of this successful offices. You may be a Somerset based professional, of small, medium/large size, mid tier, or top tier firm background, or looking to relocate to the South West in a long term lifestyle and career move seeking a challenging opportunity in the profession at this level.

Job Offer

£75,000 - £120,000 dependent on the background and level of the right professional. Salaried or equity/profit share options to be explored.
