Description

Reporting into the Finance Manager, key responsibilities of the Management Accountant include, but are not limited to:

• Creating monthly, weekly management reports, budgets and financial statements
• Creating and implementing new business reports
• Monthly management accounts
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Assisting with the running of the monthly payroll & reporting where required
• Overseeing transactional team where required
• Meeting deadlines and monitor the company's financial KPI's and analysing trends over time
• Implementing new ideas and methods to improve and streamline processes
• Adhoc tasks as required by the Financial Director

Profile

The successful Management Accountant will:

• Have experience producing monthly manangement accountants
• Excellent reporting skills
• Very confident communicating with key stakeholders and internal departments
• Qualified or part qualified in ACCA/CIMA/AAT
• A team player
• Experience of payroll would be an advantage
• Honest & trustworthy
• Strong time management skills
• Flexible approach to work
• Always work to a very high standard
