Page Group are partnered with a leading waste management company in Milton Keynes who focus heavily on tackling environmental change. Due to company wide expansion, the finance department is seeking a to make an addition to their team in the shape of a Financial Accountant to produce the year end accounts whilst also being responsible for the budgeting and cash flow forecasting processes

Description

• Assist the senior Finance team with ongoing strategy and business development
• Provide detailed financial reports and analysis to drive business decisions
• Assisting the Financial Controller with the preparation of the year end accounts
• Building strong relationships with external audit team to complete Group and local audits to tight deadlines
• Ensuring appropriate financial controls and processes are in place to ensure accurate and timely production of financial information and ensure the reduction of financial risk
• Assist with ad hoc finance projects

Profile

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience taking part in the responsibilities noted above
• Available Immediately (2 week notice period)
• Be able to operates excel on an intermediate level
• AAT Qualified, ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Commutable from Milton Keynes
