Page Personnel are recruiting a Credit Manager to join a well established business, with offices based in Crewe.
A fast paced company, with a reputation for staff development, are recruiting a Credit Manager to join their team.
As a Credit Manager, you will report into the Departmental Head, responsible for the development and continuous improvement of credit operations.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: driving cash collection; working closely alongside stakeholders to minimise risk whilst supporting business growth; maximising aged debt collection; training and development of team members including 121s, appraisals, recruitment and KPI analysis; resolving and responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will:
- Have recent knowledge of working in a Credit Manager role - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
