Audit & Accounts Manager

Arthur Jackman Associates have been asked by a highly reputable, Leicester based, Chartered Accountants to utilise our expertise to find a forward thinking, entrepreneurial ACA/ACCA Qualified Audit & Accounts Manager.

This is a fantastic strategic role generally not seen on the market. You will be tasked with building a team of established staff, ranging from Senior's down to Trainee's, but with a key focus around winning and generating new business.

You will be provided with a portfolio that you will alone manage, liaising with the Partners to progress your Division and the Practice forward. This is a rewarding and fulfilling role that will provide key exposure for progression.

You will need to be ACA/ACCA qualified with extensive experience and market knowledge of the local area. On offer is a strong salary package, great progression opportunities and a generous bonus scheme that will give huge potential to increase earnings
