The Senior Reporting Finance Manager will be responsible for enhancing the organisations value by ensuring a well-controlled financial environment, in which accurate and timely financial information can be produced for key stakeholders. You will also have responsibility for managing the transactional team.

Description
The Senior Reporting Finance Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing month end timetable and control processes
- Managing the AP, AR and cash function
- Reviewing performance vs budget - challenging results with Commercial Finance Team
- Preparing a group management accounts pack for internal reporting (incl. P&L variance analysis, KPI tracking, balance sheet and cashflow analysis)
- Managing the year end audit process
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards across the group
- Responsible for maintaining and improving the control framework around financial accounting
- Creating consistency across finance processes and procedures
- Coaching and developing junior team members
Profile
The successful Senior Reporting Finance Manager will:
- Hold a recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Have previous audit experience, preferably within a top 10 firm
- Have 2+ years post qualified experience within a similar role
- Good knowledge of accounting standards and application
- Strong experience of managing a team including the ongoing training and development of junior members
- Strong leadership qualities to influence and build strong relationships with senior members of the business
- Flexible approach and the ability to deal with high levels of change
- Hard working and organised, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work place
