Billings Team Leader

I am recruiting for a newly created Billings Team Leader post for my client, a leading FMCG brand based in Lanarkshire. This position is an exciting opportunity to join a highly reputatable brand in the FMCG sector.

Description

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Management and leadership to a team of 10 agents.

• Clear communication regarding all aspects of the team performance;

• Daily task management

• Training needs

• Performance management.

• Management and control of the teams daily workloads and task execution.

• Responsibility for the maintenance, delivery and accuracy of all billing cycles.

• Ensuring the quality of customer information is meticulous for:-

• Contract price updates

• Address updates

• New product introduction

• Purchase order updates

• Agreement type updates

• New account creation

• Final account approvals

• Management of the monthly KPI reporting suite and presentation to Senior Management.

• Meet and exceed agreed targets & objectives ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.

• Billing project manager for all customer Price Increases, ensuring accuracy of updates through to billing

• Responsible for developing strong commercial/working relationships with Key Account customers and sales teams.

• Responsibility for accuracy and timely processing of manual debit and credit notes.

• Develop Department Working Procedures to ensure all tasks are actioned accordingly.

Any other relevant additional tasks as directed by your Manager.

Job Offer

My client is willing to offer a salary ranging from £24,000 - £26,000 (DOE), on top of a competitive benefits package including bonus.
