Page Personnel are recruiting an Assistant Accountant on a 12 month FTC basis initially for an innovative, growing organisation based in Leeds.
Description
As an Assistant Accountant, you will be working part of a fast paced finance team, reporting in to a qualified accountant, responsible for assisting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts pack.
Duties will include, however are not limited to, preparation of accruals and prepayments, VAT returns, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, posting cash and banking transactions, and assisting with preparation of information for year end.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join an innovative organisation at an exciting time in a varied month end focused role, initially on a 12 mth FTC basis.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have worked in an assistant accountant role previously
- Have strong Excel skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
