You’ll be working in the regional payment team located in Shanghai, responsible for the daily cash transactions, ensure timely, accurate and complete payment processing. You will interact with internal client service team as well as communicating with external banks and suppliers, so a strong sense of teamwork and excellent communication is essential.
Processing daily payments according to instructions, in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures;
Monitoring and managing account balances and cut-offs for all currencies;
Coordinate with internal client service teams and ensure complete of payments according to priorities and importance;
Maintain payment log and supporting documents;
Arranging approval schedule for payment to be released on time;
Facilitate the smoothness of E-banking process, including investigating payment related issues;
Perform other ad-hoc duties to support the team leader as may be necessary from time-to-time.
Skills and experience:
Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or related equivalent discipline
Good communication skills in Mandarin; Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
0-1 year accounting work experience; Fresh graduate is also acceptable.
