Finance Manager

The Finance manager will create, lead and develop a new finance division for the brand management business that provides 360 degree support to all business functions, working from the head office based in London's West End.

Description

The successful Finance Manager's responsibilities will consist of:

• Accounting for royalty/commission payments and manage interface between the finance system (Aderant) and Brainbase/Brandcomply to ensure all invoicing and royalty/commission payments/receipts are recorded

• management of cash balances and cashflow forecasting

• Monthly reporting and analysis of performance against budget

• Prepare annual budgets/forecasts and annual cashflow budget

• Prepare annual statutory accounts for audit (individual LLP and for inclusion in consolidated group accounts)

• Management of supplier invoices and staff expense claims and liaising with finance team for payment

• Prepare an submit quarterly VAT return

• Management of reporting for client forecasting requirements

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience of managing wider finance-related responsibilities as listed above essential

• Experience within the brands-sector highly desirable

• Strong Excel skills with a willingness to learn new tools / software where required

• Proven experience of managing a number of key working relationships
