KPMG Sourcing advisory team provides clients with tailored services to assist them with their Shared Services initiatives. Some broad areas of Shared Services Centre assistance provided by the Sourcing Advisory team include feasibility study, design, live implementations of finance & accounting /IT shared services and Business Process Outsourcing / IT Outsourcing initiatives.
We are seeking mid- level consulting professionals who are conversant in business process outsourcing and/or establishment of finance and accounting shared services. You should have industry and consulting experience preferably where you have played a lead or significant role in conducting feasibility study, design, live implementations of finance and accounting shared services or BPO initiatives.
Openings are available for mid-level consulting professionals who are conversant in finance shared services implementation.
Requirements
You should possess at least 6 years of relevant Business Process Outsourcing and/or shared services experience especially Finance
& Accounting from large consulting firm or large MNC organisations and/or across multiple industries (banking, insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, telcos) within the Asia Pacific region. You should also hold a recognised degree in IT, business or accounting.
You should be a go-getter who views challenges as opportunities for professional development. You are expected to have strong project management abilities coupled with good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Requirements
• possess a recognized degree in accounting, business or other relevant engineering degrees
• Have a minimum of six years of relevant outsourcing and/or shared services experience from large consulting firm or large MNC organization.
• Have a good understanding of business processes and automation technologies relating to document management, business process management and outsourcing (e.g. document imaging, workflow, information management, archival).
• have experience in design and implementation of shared services or business process outsourcing involving the use of workflow and business process management systems.
• have experience in evaluating business processes in shared services or business process outsourcing operations and apply optimization methodologies (e.g. Lean management)
