Senior Manager Compliance
The role is responsible for providing second line compliance advice, oversight and challenge to the Business Bank division.
Work collaboratively and in support of the Executive Manager, Compliance to:
- Lead the implementation of an effective compliance framework and operating model within Business Bank Compliance, with a focus on Business Bank Compliance Framework, Major Projects, Compliance Reporting and Business Bank
- Drive a best practice approach to Compliance Management
- Engage with business stakeholders as an effective strategic business partner to provide
advice, insight and support to the business agenda
- Engage and liaise with stakeholders and leaders within Business Bank to engender a culture of Compliance which enables the Compliance Management Framework and balances the risk/reward position
- Facilitate a step change in compliance across the Three Lines of Defence in the Group
- Work closely with Enterprise Compliance to ensure delivery of overall Compliance
