Finance Business Partner - National Utilities Business
Description
Due to growth and expansion the need has arisen for a new Finance Business Partner within the Finance team. You will manage the controls governing the financial operation of the business and support non-financial managers and operations with clear analysis and reporting.
This crucial role involves supporting the Senior Finance Business Partner with accurate and timely management information in the running of the business, as well as month end reporting and analysis of differences between actual figures and Budgeted/Forecast. The successful candidate will also carry out internal site audits to ensure financial controls and procedures are adhered to, as well as assisting operational managers in completing robust annual budgets in line with key central business growth assumptions
The business are looking for someone with excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, accessible manner to non-financial managers and who can quickly grasp the Company's financial operations in order to work with little guidance and supervision. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, first rate reporting skills and a full driving licence. You will be based at the office in Taunton but be willing to be flexible and travel to other sites in the UK.
Profile
Skills / Experience:.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- High level business accounting skills and experience
- A recognised accountancy qualification at an appropriate level
- Ability to produce high level reports for business use and decision making
- Independent and logical decision making skills
- A Full Driving Licence is essential to the role
Job Offer
Salary dependant on experience - c£45k £50k + Car/Car Allowance + Benefits
