Senior Finance Analyst - Property Development

In this role you will be responsible for the financial oversight and appraisal of sector leading Joint Venture activities working with some of the countries leading property developers.

Description

The opportunity:

• You will be responsible for supporting several high profile Joint Ventures, updating and managing the business plans, providing accurate forecasting and ensuring good governance. You will also support the financial appraisal of new development opportunities, creating and enhancing financial models and tools to support the business

• To analyse, control, and review a portfolio of the development projects and to assist in the preparation of management, statutory accounts and key performance indicators

• To develop systems and reports to ensure the effective and efficient financial monitoring and management of a portfolio of development projects

• Support management in providing key financial information and advice on L&Q development schemes

• Assist in the production of annual budgets and individual project budgets at the initial project viability stage

Profile

Experience Required:

• Experience of using/developing financial models

• Able to interpret and critique complex financial data

• Have a good understanding of accounting standards and requirements

• Essential to have Accounting experience either in Management Accounts (Assistant or above) OR Group Accountant OR Financial Analysis and preferential if related to Development & Sales.
