To meet these challenges, organisations need access to the right compensation data to ensure their organisation is competitively positioned to attract the right talent and retain valuable employees. With survey databases that cover more than 115 countries, Global Data Services has the data to assist organisations with all of its compensation planning, benefit design, employment terms and conditions, and HR Policies and practices needs. We help our clients build a competitive compensation plan that aligns with their organisation's goals and objectives.  With our products, they will have the ability to level roles for benchmarking across industry sectors, as well as analyse total cash compensation, long-term incentives, total direct compensation and total rewards. Main duties/responsibilities Support our data research and reward business covering areas such as sales and marketing, client management and analysis including: Support survey submission collection, report review and analysis Support survey marketing and sales, researching and prospect client follow ups. Help in maintaining survey databases Provide ad hoc analysis for surveys Provision of job matching and market benchmarking assistance to clients and independently handling of routine client queries Provision of bespoke reward related surveys/research for clients Client workshops and focus groups: Participate in such meetings and provide follow up support Provision and interpretation of compensation data to clients, utilising various forms of data Compensation advice including terms and conditions of employment, rate for the job, and market practice Provision of project support to team members and practice on projects/assignments by researching, analysing data, drafting reports and attending meetings with more senior colleagues. Building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring expectations are consistently met Keep abreast with market knowledge and thought leadership to develop technical depth Knowledge & Experience required: Desirable to have strong commercial & analytical ability, e.g. numerical, Marketing, HR or business related degree with analytical or consultancy focus. Relevant post graduate qualifications also desirable. Post graduate work experience an advantage but not essential, preferably in HR or compensation & benefits environment.
