Client Details

Our client is a £150m turnover retail based in the Lincoln area. The FD is Top 10 trained and would be extremely keen to appoint someone with a similar background. Having recently experienced a very nice growth phase, they have taken the opportunity to create a new role and give the new hire full ownership of the statutory accounting process.

Description

As Financial Controller you will support the FD and Head of FP&A in controlling all aspects of the finance department. Managing a team of 3, you will be responsible for the A-Z of the accounting function. You will prepare the monthly management accounts, be responsible for all year end and statutory accounts and be the main point of contact with the auditors.

Profile

  • ACA/ICAS, ACCA or CIMA qualified
  • PQE within industry preferred but not essential
  • Strong communicator and able to engage people in the numbers
