French Speaking Accounts Payable Contract

My client is looking for either a finance graduate that can speak fluent french or a french speaking candidate that has accounts payable experience.

This is an accounts payable position, please see the below duties:

• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Staff expenses
• Making payments via BACS, CHAPS & Cheque

My client is a large global organisation that are located in the heart of Wimbledon.. a 3 minute walk from the station.

Description

Finance position, must be a french speaker:

• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Staff expenses
• Making payments via BACS, CHAPS & Cheque
• Dealing with customer queries on the telephone in French
• The software system that will be used is Sage Line 50

Profile

• You will either be a finance graduate or looking for a career in finance
• You MUST be a fluent french speaking
• It would be beneficial if you have accounts payable experience or even experience dealing with invoices
• If you have used Sage Line 50 before that would be beneficial
• Must be immediately available to start work
