Accounts Assistant/Assistant Management Accountant

6 Month Temporary Contract for an Assistant Management Accountant/Accounts Assistant in Deeside Industrial Park. Full time role, working within a fantastic Finance team within a hugely successful global organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inputting and processing invoices
• Processing monthly payroll
• Matching and coding of purchase invoices
• Nominal ledger and journal posting
• Bank reconciliations
• Work in Progress calculations
• Assisting with year end processes
• Journal entries
• Accruals and prepayments

Profile

Candidate Requirements for the Accounts Assistant Role:

• Experience within a similar role
• AAT Qualified or equivalent QBE
• Previous experience with systems
• Ability to start at short notice
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organised with an ability to work on own initiative
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to travel to and from Deeside
• Previous experience in property & construction (not essential)
