Finance Business Partner

Following a period of restructures our client are now looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to sit with the Sales and Marketing teams. They will be tasked with conducting Sales and Analysis as well as identifying risks and communicating these back to the commercial leaders.

Following a period of restructures they are now looking to add a strong finance business partner to help drive the commercial and operational arms of the business.

Description

Finance Business Partner responsibilities:

• Managing the risk and adoption of Sales Process Guidelines across the region

• Co-ordinating and leading Customer audit programme across the region

• Completion of Regional Risk assessments across SMG

• First port of call for customer audit escalations

Profile

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading virtual teams, achieving results without positional authority
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) or a Finance oriented MBA
• Proven track record as an excellent business partner with sales or marketing demonstrating strong influence skills
• Controls awareness and acumen
• Issue resolution and problem solving
• Communication and presentation skills
• Project management and delivering to deadlines
• Candidate should have 5 years (or equivalent) of senior level finance and accounting experience
• Extensive audit and controls experience
