Description

The EMEA Financial Controller will take responsibility for several legal entities based in European locations.

• Responsible for the monthly financial reporting of entities operating in your country location(s)
  
• On a monthly basis you will complete the balance sheet reconciliation process.
• Take ownership of your control environment and ensure your entities comply with group accounting policies.
• Control the cash flows to ensure cash efficiency for your business unit.
• Be the point of contact for the annual audit and statutory accounts process for your countries.
• Ensure regulatory reporting (VAT, tax) and all statistical reporting for your countries is delivered accurately and on time.

Profile

Our client is looking for Qualified Accountants who have worked at tier 1 bluechip businesses.

You will need to have an excellent academic record - You will be degree educated achieving at least a 2-1.

You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA) with commercial experience gained in a similar role.

As this is a contract role you will need to have demonstrable experience in an EMEA/ European or International Financial Controllership position.

Job Offer

Our client is offering a daily rate of up to £400 per day for EMEA Financial Controller position.

6 month contract based in Bracknell.
