Assistant Management Accountant

My client are a global Retail organisation with a head office based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. They are going through a period of growth currently so are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to work alongside their Finance Director and assist with their budgeting and forecasting. Description

• Production of monthly management accounts to trial balance, which includes the entire P&L and the Balance Sheet accounts

• Assisting in preparation of forecasts and budgets.

• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

• Accurately calculating and posting month end journals including accruals and prepayments

• Variance Analysis

• Weekly reporting of various financial data

• Any other ad-hoc projects

• Ideally an AAT/CIMA/ACCA studier
