Personal Tax Manager

Recruiting for a fantastic opportunity seeking an experience Personal Tax Manager to join a dynamic and award-winning Accountant and Business Advisory firm who have seen continued success and growth throughout turbulent times due to their commitment and dedication to their clients.

This business is part of a larger group with 8 offices across Scotland. With massive growth over the years, this business is now employing 550+ staff alongside 50+ partners with further plans to expand.

You will be motivated with great attention to detail and the ability to coach and mentor staff.

Ideal candidate would be CA, ACCA, CTA qualified but we will welcome your application if you have the commercial experience

The Role and Duties

The purpose of this role is to oversee and manage the Personal Tax team whilst also being responsible for a portfolio of clients.

-Review timesheets for the personal tax team, manage and oversee work.
-Make sure that clients experience a streamlined and offered a professional service
-Coach and mentor junior staff with any relevant training or guidance
-You will be experienced in carrying out performance reviews for staff
-Advising clients appropriately
