Macildowie Finance are working on an exclusive basis with a division of a leading business based in North Leicestershire. Reporting directly to the MD of this business, the role will be responsible for the management of a small finance team. The role is massively varied in its nature dealing with a plethora of internal and external stakeholders including the MD, Sales force, customers, suppliers and colleagues within the wider group function. This role will require a hands on operational account with a strong attention to detail and passion for process improvement. Responsibilities will include: Working closely with senior level operational stakeholders to help them to understand key financial performance indicators. Providing management information which will be used by the operational business to drive key strategic decision making. Leadership and management of a small team. Ensuring the timely and accurate production of monthly management accounts. Working with the operational teams to provide accurate forecasting. Production of performance reports to be delivered to the board. To be considered for this role you must be ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified with strong Excel skills (Pivots, Looks Ups, IFs are essential) You will have previous experience of working in a 'business partnering' capacity within a large organisation.
