PURPOSE OF JOB
This position aims to make sure that our financial management and accounting are fully, accurately and timely implemented to ensure good support for the business process, in line with the development orientation of the company and in compliance with the law.
THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contributing ideas & develop strategies & business plans, develop financial plans/cash flows of the Company and related departments;
- Participating in building company organizational model and building an organizational model;
- Establishing operational management processes, tools, and management systems of the department and contribute ideas and establish other processes and regulations of the Company;
- Participating in budgeting, planning, managing and implementing payment activities in investment projects;& Annually/Daily &- Implementing financial plan in accordance with the Company's strategy and business plan;
- Structures and processes are on the basis of lean and efficiency
- Performing the tasks of personnel management of the department:
- Participating in recruitment, interview staff, and integration organization; Arrange the personnel of the department;
- Taking part in building training activities of the Company and implement training in the department;
- Managing the competency and career development of employees in the department;
- Managing and evaluating the working results of the department and individuals in the department;
- Supporting management and implementation of labor issues and salary regime for employees of the department.& Daily/Monthly &- Staffs can meet the Company's competency framework;
- Motivating employees to work effectively and loyally with the Company;& Managing the implementation of the department's professional work:
- Participating in supporting the implementation of financial matters in order management such as: Negotiating payment terms of contracts, checking order liquidation, handling raw materials after liquidation and liquidate orders with Customs:
- Managing capital, cash flows, receivables, costs, recipe unit price and fixed asset depreciation, tools and instrument deprecation. etc.;
- Controlling accounting records (revenue - cost) and related voucher/documents;
- Making all the reports related to financial and accounting work;
- Calculating, declaring and paying taxes (VAT, CIT, import and export tax, etc.);
- Organizing the implementation of audit work, tax inspection, etc.& Daily/monthly or upon request The work is completed fully, accurately, promptly and in accordance with regulations &Performing other work as assigned by superiors:
- Preparing reports & performance reports;
- Responsible for managing the facilities of the department;
- Other tasks as assigned. & As per required by Board of Directors Completing on time & as required
RIGHTS
- In terms of finance Making decision to approve expenditures and buy and sell according to the financial limits prescribed by the Company.
- In terms of personnel Deciding the selection/placement/appointment/evaluation of employees in the department. Proposing the application of remuneration policies appropriate for employees in the department.
- In terms of professional &Deciding financial statements, and relevant tax and customs reports, etc.
- Requesting other entities to provide work-related information&
- Sign documents, decisions and official letters Signing documents and official documents relating to the finance and accounting in accordance with our authorities
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge:
- Academic level Bachelor's Degree, major in finance - accounting
- Expertise &Knowledge of regulations on taxes, customs, wage, labor, etc.
- Knowledge of domestic and international accounting &
- Additional knowledge Knowledge of the garment production
- Skills:
- Professional skills &Skills of preparing and analyzing financial statements, negotiating and persuading
- Financial planning
- Setting up accounting systems &Management skills(in case of management position)&Planning and job implementing skill
- Training/coaching skill

- Experience in accountant position for at least 15 years
- Experience in the position of Chief Accountant at least 3 years
- Extensive experience leading a finance department with 5+ employees
- Preferably experience reporting to foreign holding company/owners
- Experience in working in the garment industry
