They are now currently looking to recruit a Team Leader to join their Accounts team based in New Milton.
To join the accounts team as a Team Leader you will need to have previous experience in Accounts, however your managerial experience does not need to be from an accounting background.
They are predominantly interested in those who are highly driven with a strong business acumen. You will be given lots of training to succeed in the role and after your probation period you can benefit from being sponsored to complete various qualifications that are applicable to your role eg AAT, ACCA ect.
Main aim of the role:
You will be responsible for managing a small team of Accounts Assistants making sure their portfolio of clients financial records are correct through analysis and financial reporting using Excel.

- Supervising a small team making sure financial records are completed in a timely fashion
- Prepare year-end financial statements
- Preparing Annual Budgets
- Liaise regularly with auditors
- Accruals and prepayments
- Replying to customer queries
