Role purpose Responsible for providing necessary support to the Revenue Recognition teams for both Consignment and Buy/Sell functions, as it relates to administrative tasks, data validation and any other functions required to support the business. Responsibilities (what must be done) Learn and understand the business and in particular as it relates to the roles of Revenue recognition associates for Buy/Sell and Consignment business. Provide administrative support to all areas of the Revenue Associates role - as it relates to both Buy/sell and Consignment If requested, assist with the processing of Sales/Inventory data on a weekly/monthly basis. Assist with all data validation requirements as it relates in particular to the SAP implementation project. Provide support as it relates to management of all documentation Ensure full compliance and adherence in relation to all work instructions and SOP's Assist with the update and maintenance of SOP's and WIN's. Review ways of working and processes and assist with the implementation of a continuous improvement program where possible. Ensure security and confidentiality of business data Adherence to Company Health & Safety procedures Ensure that queries and requests for information are dealt with in the shortest possible time Any other duties as assigned by management Position Requirements: Level of Education required: Cert/Diploma - Business (Preferred) or Bachelor Degree - Finance (Preferred) 1 year in Supply Chain Management / Finance / Pharmaceutical (Preferred) IFRS -Good knowledge General accounting / Finance / FMCG / Pharmaceutical Industry - Good Knowledge MS Office, ERP - Good Knowledge Job Type: Part-time
