Financial Accountant

This business is a well established, rapidly growing company based in Banbury with a great reputation of treating there employees well. Finance is viewed as a crucial and commercial section of the business and as a result this role will be one of the most important positions in the department.

Client Details

This company are looking for someone to join there team on a contract basis as a Financial Accountant to help cover a seconded maternity leave. They are looking for someone to join as soon as possible, however, they will be able to wait for someone if you are on a 1 week's notice period.

There is on site parking, and there is some flexibility with starting and finishing times. This is not a part time role though.

The team you will be working in, is supportive and although you are there on a contract basis, they want you to feel like part of the company. There is also the potential for this role to become permanent.

Description

Details of the Financial Accountant role:

• Ensure preparation of complete and accurate financial accounts.

• Completion and review of all required balance sheet reconciliations.

• Create clear and robust financial forecasts.

• Provide regular tracking of actual performance vs forecast, and analysis of variances.

• Managing ad hoc financial reporting projects.
