Our client is a UK based media business with a huge blue chip client list undergoing significant change and they are looking for AP/P2P specialist to help drive through the next stage of the programme in improving the AP function. In this role, you will be directly responsible for the following: Driving change within the AP teamLeading workshops with senior stakeholders vis. strategy for process changeDesigning the end to end process for P2P, with particular focus on APDevelop KPI's to manage process performance, overall and individual outputs, and significantly improve efficiency and reduce costsLeading training with staff members around new processesEnsuring robust internal controls are embedded in the to-be design,Develop future ways of working and team capability to professional shared service standards, in conjunction with functional team managers,Coach and mentor BAU team and functional team managers, in key process management, communication and customer relationship management skills,Conduct & develop training programs to contribute to capability building within the business units to improve customer understanding and overall compliance with core business process Key Skills & Experience: Strong experience of driving significant process improvements across the AP workstream e.g. improving invoice matching, costs per invoice, timely payments, invoice approval, negotiated discountsExcellent Excel skills with a strong demonstrable analytical mindsetStrong experience of delivering process change across multi-site, complex organisationsStrong experience working with an outsource providerStrong experience in designing end to end P2P processesStrong Visio or other process mapping tool experienceGood all round system knowledge including reporting tools and dashboardsTraining experience and running workshopsExcellent communication and influencing skillsStrong experience in working with and influencing businesses at all levels up to C-levelExcellent project management experience, ideally with appropriate qualification (PMP, Prince2, etc.)Must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
