As a Personal Tax Manager you will be assisting the Partner with complex tax planning/advisory on a range of different clients whilst supporting the team. You will be doing a mix of tax planning and advisory.

Description

As a Personal Tax manager your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying cross selling opportunities with existing clients and generate new leads
  • Support and review work for junior staff members and ensure budget and time frame targets are met
  • Work alongside the Partners on complex tax enquiries
  • Regular client and third party contact
  • Allocate and review jobs/tasks amongst team members
  • Stay up to date with Tax law and knowledge and promote learning amongst the team
  • Complete appraisals for staff members and ensure to enhance their effectiveness
  • Profile

    As a Personal Tax manager you will need to have:

  • Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
  • CTA Qualified
  • Experience with Business development
  • Excellent client relationship skills and communication
  • Previous experience dealing with complex compliance and advisory work
  • Previous experience managing and supporting a team
  • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and highly organised
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines
