The core purpose of this position is to provide analytical support and insight to the BU PPM finance team and BU Sales team around the CMA investments. This includes being a key business partner to the Channel Finance team by providing analytical review of P&L impact, trend analysis and forecasting. The role will also seek to advise BU sales around process compliance and support, query resolution and training around CMA end to end processes. Financial Services Delivery Participates in face-2-face key account meetings with sales, PPM meetings and customer meetings where applicable, providing CMA subject matter expertise.Support forecasting of CMA investment as integral part of PPM teamSupport the annual business planning process through analysis and insight of CMA, ensuring compliance to relevant CCE business policies including EUG trade terms mappingLead analysis of CMA investment by spend type, including compliance to terms, mid-month phasing long term trendsProvide visibility and analysis of indirect customer investmentsProvide overview and sensitivity analysis of full P&L and transactional impact of CMA investment within BUKey account investment is continually being reviewed, the role will be focused on any new investment and the appropriate investment analysis that is performed in assessing the key metrics of the agreement.Periodic meetings with regards to on-going adjustments through-out the year, based upon the activation rates of the customers as well as the management of the evolution of the contract and making sure this is implemented correctly through the various systems and processes.Review and approve in principle changes to the Vistex system as a user of outputs.Ensure that Coca-Cola Eurpean Partners policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.)Responds to identified local customer issues, queries and needs across the CMA area, which have been escalated due to non-resolution, or where resolution is urgent and importantManages escalated issues in business priority order, liaising with relevant BU stakeholders and/or customers as appropriateSupports the establishment of and adherence to policies regarding the end-to-end CMA processSupports both the BU Sales/Marketing and SSC teams regarding key account CMA issues as necessarySupplies advice on CMA Master Data to support continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projectsAdvises the SSC on the effective use of tools, technology and systems which support BU analysisWorks closely with other local Finance Business Partners to provide support in management of escalated issuesWorks with the Head of CMA to successfully implement standard processes within designated BU, evaluating end-to-end performance and advising on amendments that may be necessary.Works in conjunction with the relevant BU and SSC to ensure that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirementsClosing activities at the end of each period, including balance sheet reconciliations, checking the accruals at the end of these accounting periods to make sure CCE's liabilities are covered.Testing of new capabilities of the VISTEX system, working with IT and cross-functional teams to implement the correct changes at the right time. Relationships As part of the PPM team, builds strong relationships with key stakeholders across the BU and wider organisation to drive understanding and support for CMA and Shared Services generallyWorks and liaises closely with SSC teamsBuilds positive relationships with key CCE customers where required Continuous Improvement Assists in developing best practice processes and highlighting opportunities for process improvement Qualifications & Experience CIMA, ACCA or ACA part qualified or equivalent preferred.Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG Commercial Finance EnvironmentAbility to address or escalate complex issues within the CMA areaFluent in English essentialStrong customer service orientation and confident in customer situationsStrong focus on providing the highest level of customer serviceExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsStrong team playerTime management, planning and organisation
